My new year stay at this hotel was great. The rooms were very clean, quiet and spacious. The location was perfect, located conveniently in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation. I was also pleased with the fact that the room came equipped with a kitchenette which allowed me to prepare some of my own meals during my stay.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The check-in process was quite tedious as it was an unmanned hotel and the virtual receptionist was not very helpful.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered the best value for money. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the facilities offered in the room which included a kitchenette that was very convenient to prepare meals. The hotel also had a great location that was easily accessible from the main train station and other tourist attractions in the city.
One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the check-in process which was very painful. It was particularly difficult as it was an unmanned hotel, with only a virtual receptionist to call who couldn't assist. We were not informed beforehand that it was an unmanned hotel and had to struggle with luggage and elderly relatives walking all the way back to the station for taxi services. Communication with the hotel was also an issue, as our messages were never replied to.
